Milacron is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Sanand area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.

Work You’ll Do:

• Installation of Injection Molding Machine
• Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine.
• Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine.
• Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Molding machine.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Plastic technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsets.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.
• 3+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, Hydraulic skill to trouble shoot machine problems preferred.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics preferred.
