About this role
Provide senior-level, expert information security services through deep understanding of Information Security Management Systems
(ISMS) and the strategic application of cyber security controls across both technology and business processes.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of control management processes to ensure Encore business
entities operate with demonstrably effective InfoSec controls. These controls must address organizational risks, comply with local
legislative and regulatory requirements, align with company policies, and reflect industry best practices.
Drive and oversee complex, multi-phase security initiatives with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
long-term risk management strategies. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader across the organization, mentoring others and
influencing senior stakeholders.
