<h1><strong>Clinical Operations Specialist, Quality &amp; Outcomes: 📊🏥</strong></h1> <p>Midi is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist, Quality &amp; Outcomes to provide high-quality meeting support for committees and ad hoc working sessions, owning agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and follow-through, while keeping decisions and action items clearly tracked and moving forward. You’ll help oversee clinical knowledge and protocol content across Notion and Google Drive, ensuring documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and easy to navigate.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>This job is “HOT”: 🔥</strong></h2> <p>This role sits at the center of Clinical Operations, supporting how work gets planned, documented, and executed. In parallel, it supports Clinical Operations projects, coordinating timelines, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping teams stay aligned as priorities evolve. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving clinical environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Business impact: 📈</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Meeting Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide coordination and administrative support for committees and ad hoc meetings across Clinical Operations</li> <li>Support meeting logistics and documentation, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and follow-up materials</li> <li>Record decisions, action items, and open items, and help maintain clear records through completion</li> <li>Manage calendars, meeting invites, attendance tracking, and virtual or in-person logistics</li> <li>Help maintain centralized documentation to support governance and compliance</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Clinical Content &amp; Knowledge Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Assist with management of clinical resources in Notion and Google Drive, including version control and structure&nbsp;</li> <li>Track updates and support maintenance of audit-ready documentation for clinical protocols and related materials</li> <li>Support development and maintenance of clinical content in collaboration with clinical teams, using AI tools as appropriate</li> <li>Help ensure content is accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with Midi’s brand</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support coordination of Clinical and Clinical Operations projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates</li> <li>Support communication of progress, dependencies, and updates to cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Assist with documentation and coordination between Clinical Operations and Clinical Leadership</li> <li>Manage multiple tasks across teams with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What you will need to succeed: 🌱</strong></h2> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment of telemedicine/healthcare startup and/or large multi-clinic hospital system</li> <li>Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills.</li> <li>Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.</li> <li>Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.</li> <li>Strong experience in adapting communication to a diverse audience that may include: medical assistants, Nurse Practitioners &amp; physicians, Executive / C-Suite, and operations&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in G-Suite and Notion</li> </ul> <p><strong>KEY COMPETENCIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process improvement mindset</li> <li>Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality</li> <li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities</li> <li>Collaborative and team-oriented approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with healthcare and/or mission-driven businesses.&nbsp;</li> <li>Genuine interest in improving health outcomes for women.</li> <li>A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
