Midas Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team at the newly built and soon to be opened JdV by Hyatt located in Brooklyn, NY. This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
- Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendation to customers.
- Clear tables during function (pre-bus)
- Complete assigned sidework including restocking, inventory supplies, roll-ups
- Giving genuine care and hospitality to all guests
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as scheduled days and times may vary based on need
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- TIPS Certified
