Midas Hospitality is currently searching for a Full-Time Overnight Security Guard to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Steele Creek. This position is an overnight shift, and candidates must be willing to work weekends.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Regularly patrol the hotel's exterior, including parking areas, to observe potential security risks and maintain a presence throughout the entire shift.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business.
- Enforce hotel rules, policies, and regulations related to security and safety.
- Accurately document incidents and prepare reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of hotel services and the local area events and activities.
- 3 or more months experience in a security setting is a plus.
- Previous Law Enforcement and/or US Military background is a plus.
- Must have open availability
