工作職掌 | Responsibilities

廠區總務服務與生活機能管理 | General Affairs & Facility Services

機電系統維護管理 | Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

• 廠區服務機電系統維護，包含電梯、室內外照明、衛浴修繕、防水工程、廠區內外天地牆維護
• Maintain facility systems including elevators, indoor/outdoor lighting, restroom repairs, waterproofing, and building structure maintenance

環境清潔維護管理 | Cleaning & Environmental Maintenance

• 廠區清潔維護，衛浴、廚房、室內外環境、園藝水池、垃圾清運
• Manage cleaning services for restrooms, kitchens, indoor/outdoor areas, landscaping, and waste disposal

交通與餐飲服務管理 | Transportation & Catering Services

• 交通車規劃與外包商管理，全年運行
• Plan and manage shuttle bus services and contractors
• 員工餐廳管理與外包商協調，全年餐食供應
• Manage employee cafeteria operations and catering contractors

活動企劃與執行 | Event Planning & Execution

• 籌畫並辦理廠區活動（慶典、祭祀、員工活動）
• Plan and organize plant events (celebrations, ceremonies, employee activities)
• 具備中英文上台主持能力，負責活動主持與流程控管
• Ability to host events in both Mandarin and English, ensuring smooth event flow

外包商管理 | Vendor Management

• 清潔、餐廳、交通車外包商管理
• Manage cleaning, catering, and transportation contractors

跨部門協調與營運支援 | Cross-Department Coordination & Operational Support

• 擅長溝通協調、跨部門整合，具團隊合作精神
• Strong communication skills, cross-functional coordination, and teamwork
• 能配合假日出勤加班，確保工廠營運不中斷
• Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary to ensure plant operations

任職資格 | Qualifications

• 專科以上學歷，機電、土木、建築或相關科系佳
• Associate degree or above in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture, or related fields
• 具備廠務或總務相關工作經驗 2 年以上
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or general affairs management
• 熟悉照明、家具維護、交通車規劃及餐廳管理
• Familiar with lighting, furniture maintenance, shuttle planning, and cafeteria management
• 具備外包商管理與合約協調能力
• Vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• 擅長溝通協調、跨部門整合，具團隊合作精神

• Strong communication, cross-functional integration, and teamwork skills
• 具備中英文口語表達與活動主持能力
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with event hosting capability
• 不需輪班，但能配合假日出勤加班
• No shift work required, but able to work overtime or weekends when necessary

加分條件 | Preferred Qualifications

• 具備 PM（預防性維護）計畫規劃經驗
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning
• 熟悉 ISO、ESG 或 CSR 活動規劃
• Familiarity with ISO, ESG, or CSR program planning
• 具備基礎 AutoCAD 或 FMCS 系統操作能力
• Basic AutoCAD or FMCS system operation skills
• 具備活動企劃與執行經驗
• Experience in event planning and execution
