Thrives in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost management, cost controls, quantity surveying, or business analytics, particularly in Semiconductor / Cleanroom. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management. Experience with mega-capital project including construction and/or infrastructure procurement and/or project controls. Understanding of various construction delivery models and contracting methods (GMP, lump sum, unit price, time and materials, etc.). Strong proficiency with data management, data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc. Experience with procurement systems: SAP, Scout, etc. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Japanese
