Develop and maintain audit check sheets for manufacturing processes. Analyze data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ambitious attitude with a passion for continuous improvement. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
