Facilities Control Engineerは広島工場内のプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、監視システムの改修、新規導入と最適で安全な制御設計を行い各種プロジェクトを遂行する。
また、トラブル対策・最適運転管理を行う為　専門知識を利用し、改善業務を行うと共に、運用コストの削減を図る。さらに関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る。

具体的な職務

職務として下記業務の推進を行う。

• 法令を遵守し、安全を考慮した設備計画・設計の実施
• 安全衛生基準・環境基準の理解と遵守
• 技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明
• 法令・規則を遵守した設計・許可書類の作成
• 設計・施工に対する仕様書の作成
• 設計図面の取り纏め
• プロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進　（Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理）
• 設備性能検査方法の決定
• カスタマーの要求の把握
• トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開
• 統計的データーに基づいた品質管理
• コスト・省エネ・環境管理活動の推進
• 設備の負荷管理及び設備更新・増設の計画
• 設備劣化状況の把握及び維持・更新の計画
• 専門技術・知識の開発、実行、共有
• 技術レポートの作成・論文の発表
• トレーニング資料の作成及び開発
• 業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献
• ファシリティー監視システムの提供、オペレーション上のトラブルサポート、トラブル解析
• FMEAによるリスク解析
• Tableau・Power BI等のツールを使用してのデーター作成・管理
• AIを使用しての業務改善改善活動

必要な知識・能力・経験など

Must（必須項目）

• 製造業のSafety関連知識と実務経験5年以上
• 計装、制御に関する知識
• SCADAによる監視設備構築の知識
• IT　システムの知識（VM server, Windows PC, Storage, Database, Network）
• 一度に複数のTask/Projectを処理するスキル及び優先順位を付けるスキル
• 学士号あるいは実務経験
• SQLを使用してのTableau・Power BI等の作成能力
• AIの活用(Python/Webプログラミング言語等の経験)

Want（望ましい項目）

• 半導体工場または、協力会社での実務経験
• 設備制御、PLC制御の実務経験
• Building Automating, Process Automation 実務経験
• 英語での実務コミュニケーションスキル（電話会議､プレゼンなど）
• TOEIC 500点以上
• 上記等のSafety関連の公的資格
