Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• 整合廠務部門稽核活動，確保符合 IATF 16949、ISO 及 SPS 系統標準，提升品質與效率。
  Integrate facilities department audit activities to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, and SPS standards, improving quality and efficiency.
• 建置與維護 SAP FMS 保養管理系統，推動預測性維護，並建立標準化維護流程，確保系統穩定與設備可靠度。
  Build and maintain SAP FMS preventive maintenance system; drive predictive maintenance and implement standardized processes to ensure system stability and equipment reliability.
• 推動廠區專案導入與執行，包括教育訓練規劃、全球專案推廣、碳排減量、ESG策略、智慧節能及水資源回收。
  Lead facility-related projects including training program development, global project deployment, carbon reduction, ESG initiatives, smart energy-saving, and water recycling.
• 管理 SPC（統計製程管制）與 SCADA（監控與數據採集）系統，確保產能穩定與最佳化。
  Manage SPC (Statistical Process Control) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to ensure stable and optimized production capacity.
• 規劃並控管專案成本，建立成本監控中心，提供即時數據分析，並與財務及採購部門協作提升效益。
  Plan and control project budgets, establish cost monitoring center, provide real-time data analysis, and collaborate with Finance and Procurement for cost efficiency.
• 規劃與執行部門教育訓練，建立教材與平台，追蹤訓練成效。
  Plan and execute department training programs, develop training materials and platforms, and track effectiveness.
• 掌管中控室值班人員管理與系統運轉監控，確保全天候穩定運作。
  Manage control room staff scheduling and operations monitoring to ensure 24/7 system stability.
• 管理委外承包商，並善用 AI 技術簡化流程、提升監控與維護效率，推動智慧化管理。
  Oversee external contractors and leverage AI technologies to streamline processes, enhance monitoring and maintenance efficiency, and drive smart facility management.

Qualifications / 資格要求

• 大學以上學歷，機電工程、化工、環境工程或相關科系。
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• 具專案管理與整合能力，能協調跨部門資源，確保專案如期完成。
  Strong project management and integration skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to meet deadlines.
• 具半導體廠務系統運轉經驗五年以上。
  Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor facility operations (including HVAC, ultrapure water, wastewater, power distribution, gas supply, etc.).
• 英文聽說讀寫能力佳，能與國際團隊協作。
  Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for effective collaboration with global teams.
• 加分條件：具 IATF/ISO 稽核經驗、熟悉 FMCS/SCADA 圖控設計、具 ESG、節能、水資源回收專案經驗、教育訓練平台設計與維護經驗、熟悉 AI 應用於流程優化。
  Preferred: Experience with IATF/ISO audits, knowledge of FMCS/SCADA design, ESG and energy-saving projects, training platform development, and AI applications for process optimization.
