About this role
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fab support equipment: vacuum dry pumps, abatement (scrubbers), Chillers and heat exchangers, Liquid Delivery Systems (LDS) Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and periodic inspections according to SOPs. Drive cost reduction initiatives and participate in improvement projects (CIP). Ensure compliance with ESH standards, including COHE, chemical safety, and HAZOP. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues
