About this role

You will also optimize our processes to maintain world-class standards. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing and improving process condition and technology. Upgrading process capability to ensure flawless operations and reducing production costs. Strictly establishing and modifying process management projects to improve efficiency. Setting up detailed process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluating, promoting, and planning for new equipment and materials. Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements successfully. A Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine root causes of issues. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
