Upgrading process capability to ensure flawless operations and reducing production costs. Strictly establishing and modifying process management projects to improve efficiency. Setting up detailed process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluating, promoting, and planning for new equipment and materials. Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements successfully. A Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine root causes of issues. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
