Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor VMI consumption and FCST to adjust replenishment orders when needed
  • Generate and manage replenishment orders based on agreed-upon inventory policies and targets.
  • Align actual delivery per commitment
  • Use ERP and VMI software tools to automate and optimize inventory management processes when needed
  • Communicate regularly with demand and supply parties to address issues and improve service levels
  • Maintain good inventory performance, OCD performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Convert customer into the VMI program when needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
  • 3-5years experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or logistics (VMI experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Reduce excess inventory and associated costs.
  • Improve order fulfillment rates and minimize stockouts.
