Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Designer Engineer with deep expertise in chip level design to join our dynamic engineering team.


In this role, you will be hands-on throughout the entire design process, from initial specification and architecture, through RTL implementation, verification, and streamout. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and contribute technical leadership, while also supporting project coordination and team collaboration.


As a Senior Design Engineer, you will become a strong contributor to a highly skilled Touch Controller Silicon development team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to specification of IPs and Touch Controller products
  • Design and Verification of IPs and Touch Controller products
  • Support project planning and coordination, helping to align design activities across teams to reach overall project goals.
  • Contribute to design reviews and design documentation
  • Support the cross-functional teams with validation, production issues and launch, customer issues, failure analysis, FW and System development and product knowledge.
  • Comply with and improve development methodology and quality flow
  • Work in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IC design.
  • Extensive experience in chip-level design, including specification, architecture, RTL coding, verification, and streamout.
  • Experience in project management and mentoring.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Individual contributor as well as team player.
