Job Description:

Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten, die hauptsächlich auf der Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)-Technologie basieren. Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch. Unser Standort umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit verschiedenen Reinraumklassen für den Front-End-Bereich (Wafer-Produktion) und den Back-End-Bereich (Montage). 

Sie berichten an den Manager SAW Wafer Manufacturing und sind Teil des Front-End-Teams.

• Arbeiten Sie gemäß den dokumentierten Prozessen mit Arbeitsanweisungen und Inspektionsanforderungen.
• Waferfertigung – Starten von Aufträgen, Verwalten der Waferlagerung, Bereitstellen von Chemikalien, Reinigen der Systeme.
• Bedienung von Maschinen für die Fotolithografie, wie z. B. Wafer-Vorreinigung (Nassbank), Beschichtungs- und Entwicklungssysteme, Belichtungssysteme, Lift-off-Systeme, Plasmasysteme.
• Übertragung von Aufträgen innerhalb des ERP-Systems.

The Teltow site develops and manufactures electronic components that are mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most of the products are customised. Our site comprises production areas with different clean room classes for the front-end (wafer production) and back-end (assembly) areas. 

Reporting to the Manager SAW Wafer Manufacturing you will be part of the frontend team.

This position will expose you to process wafer for our SAW components. You will operate state of the art semiconductor equipment.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

• Work with work instructions and inspection requirements in accordance with documented processes.
• Wafer manufacturing - starting jobs, managing wafer storage, providing chemicals, cleaning the systems.
• Operation of machines for photolithography such as wafer pre-cleaning (wet bench), coating and development systems, exposure systems, lift-off systems, plasma systems.
• Transfer jobs within the ERP system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifikationen/Anforderungen

• Schulabschluss mindestens 10. Klasse
• Vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung in Elektronik, Physik oder Feinmechanik
• Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Beruf wünschenswert

Kompetenzen

• Interesse an technischen Themen, gutes Verständnis für technische Prozesse
• Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung und in der Frontend- oder Backend-Fertigung sind willkommen
• Einige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Software (um Testsoftware in das Produktionsplanungssystem laden zu können)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
• Umfassende Schulungen werden garantiert
• Weiterführende Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten werden angeboten

• Preferably some education in electronics or physics or precise mechanics
• Experience in comparable profession

• Interest in technical subjects, good understanding of technical processes
• Accurate work execution
• Experience in electronic manufacturing and in front end or backend manufacturing are welcome
• Some experience in software handling (to be able to load test software into the production planning system)
• Good command of German language is required
• Comprehensive training and education are guaranteed
