Am Standort Neckarbischofsheim fertigen wir hochpräzise Oszillatoren mit Schwingquarzen aus eigener Produktion, die die Grundlage für präzise Zeit- und Frequenzsteuerung in zahlreichen High-Tech-Anwendungen bilden. 

Was werden Sie in dieser Position tun? 

Unter der Leitung des Teamleiters Haustechnik & Service sind Sie als Elektroniker Teil des Prozess- und Technikteams.  Zu Ihren zentralen Aufgaben gehören:

• Die eigenständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von vorbeugenden sowie störungsbedingten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an unseren Produktionsanlagen und Geräten.
• Im Rahmen der Störungsbeseitigung übernehmen Sie die Parametrierung sowie den Austausch von Frequenzumrichtern und Reglern. 
• Bei Änderungen, Umbauten oder zur Sicherstellung der funktionalen und prozessbezogenen Sicherheit sind Sie zudem an der Konzeption und dem Bau kleiner Schaltschränke beteiligt. Die dazugehörigen Schaltpläne erstellen Sie mit der CAD-Software Zuken E3. 
• Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Erst- und Wiederholungsprüfung an elektrischen Maschinen sowie die Prüfung elektrischer Geräte nach deren Instandsetzung.  
• Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst zudem die Erfassung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteilbestellungen über unsere ERP-Systeme InforLN und AX2012.
• Abgerundet wird Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet durch elektrische Arbeiten im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik und Infrastruktur sowie die Einweisung und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen.

At our Neckarbischofsheim site, we manufacture high-precision oscillators with in-house produced quartz crystals, forming the foundation for precise time and frequency control in numerous high-tech applications.

Your Role:
As an Electronics Technician, you will be a key member of our Process and Technology team, reporting to the Facilities & Service Team Lead. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently performing and documenting preventive and corrective maintenance on our production equipment and devices.
• Troubleshooting, parameterizing, and replacing frequency converters and controllers as needed.
• Participating in the design and construction of small control cabinets, including creating the necessary circuit diagrams using Zuken E3 CAD software, to ensure functional and process-related safety during modifications or upgrades.
• Conducting initial and repeat inspections of electrical machines, as well as testing electrical devices after maintenance.
• Managing spare parts orders and processing them through our ERP systems (InforLN and AX2012).
• Performing electrical work related to building technology and infrastructure.
• Supervising and instructing external contractors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Was wir von einem qualifizierten Kandidaten erwarten 

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar. 
• Erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Tätigkeitsbereich wird bevorzugt. 
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Elektronikbetrieb wird erwartet. 

Kompetenzen 

• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität 
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise 
• Teamfähigkeit 
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel und Word

• Schaltberechtigung Mittelspannung wünschenswert, nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

What We Expect from a Qualified Candidate:

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field preferred
• Several years of experience in an electronics environment required

Key Competencies:

• Strong hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured, and systematic work approach
• Team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• High level of safety awareness
• Class B driver’s license
• Medium-voltage switching authorization is a plus, but not required
