Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Program Manager to lead the FPGA Business Unit Program Management Office, who will drive strategic initiatives, turn complex challenges into actionable plans, and ensure successful product execution across the BU. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management, knowledge & experience of FPGA platform program management, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of FPGA programs, aligning objectives with organizational goals, and ensuring actionable & trackable plans exist to meet those goals.  Manage the stage gate process used for program development & drive
  • Strategic Planning: Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics; ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, solutions, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain program health.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Work with leadership on program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track execution progress & financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to executives and stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations, run core teams and drive stage gate process within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and best practices for program management within the department.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Experience: 17+ years in program and/or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  Additional experience in engineering and/or product management roles an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, track record in management
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Jira, MSP, Agile, Waterfall)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to engage with engineering teams across silicon, software, and customer facing solutions/applications
    • Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
    • Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs for FPGA product development

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $130,000 - $265,000.

Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
