About MiChild at Moorevilla Nursery

Moorevilla Nursery, proudly rated as “Good” by Ofsted, Ofsted have said that children thrive in a happy and engaging environment. Knowledgeable staff support them as they participate in engaging experiences. Staff follow children's lead, which helps them stay engaged, interactions with children are of a high quality.

Moorevilla Nursery is one of our largest settings and has a capacity of 117 . We have 6 rooms; 3 room dedicated for our youngest learners that are under two, 2 rooms for curious toddlers (2-3 years old) and a large pre-school room. The nursery is located on a beautiful one acre of land and boast 3 large outdoor classrooms specifically individually spaces designed for babies, toddler and pre-school.

Moorevilla has a strong focus on providing a welcoming family vibe and atmosphere, whether this be with new families or our MiChild Team and also has a full refurbished Mi-Learning Lounger which is used to facilitate inhouse and external staff and family training.

What We’re Looking For:

• This role is to support within the nursery rooms between the hours of 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday
• Must be passionate
• An educator to have a can do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
• To be flexible and reliable
• Commitment to promoting a fun, high quality environment for all children in our care.
• Ability to prioritise the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting.
• Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times.
• To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
• To fully understand and promote the company’s Ethos and Core Values.
