The Preconstruction Coordinator supports project teams by managing document control, tracking design progress and costs, and ensuring timely preparation of deliverables. The role assists with agency and client correspondence, attends design meetings and workshops, and helps maintain preconstruction schedules. Additional responsibilities include supporting proposal development, assembling bid and submittal packages, coordinating subcontractor engagement, assisting with estimating tasks such as take‑offs and quote solicitation, and providing general administrative support across corporate and divisional teams.

What it takes?



  • 1+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desired; including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

  • High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail oriented individual

  • Ability to enter data quickly with a high rate of accuracy

  • Construction industry experience is desired

  • Ability to travel 10-15% for project meetings and trainings
