What it takes?
- 1+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desired; including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented individual
- Ability to enter data quickly with a high rate of accuracy
- Construction industry experience is desired
- Ability to travel 10-15% for project meetings and trainings

What you'll do
- The Preconstruction Coordinator supports project teams by managing document control, tracking design progress and costs, and ensuring timely preparation of deliverables. Additional responsibilities include assisting with agency and client correspondence and maintaining preconstruction schedules.
