Role Overview:

The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and balancing RDI (Research, Development, and Industrialization) projects to ensure the on-time launch of finished products, raw materials, processes, and methods.

This position focuses on managing projects across the conception, development, and industrialization phases, ensuring that resource capacity aligns with project demand, and that timelines, milestones, and budgets are respected.

The role acts as a key link between project teams, resource suppliers, and portfolio governance, ensuring feasibility, transparency, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain RDI project schedules and Gantt charts across conception, development, and industrialization phases.
  • Update and manage the project portfolio for active and provisional projects (18-month horizon).
  • Ensure project feasibility at key milestones, focusing on critical resources.
  • Develop and monitor resource loading and capacity plans.
  • Balance resource demand vs. availability and propose arbitration scenarios when conflicts arise.
  • Track project progress, risks, and delays, and trigger corrective actions.
  • Align with project managers and stakeholders on cost, lead-time, and delivery impacts.
  • Maintain accurate resource allocation and reporting for governance and reviews.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any specialization) Mandatory
  • Master’s degree in supply chain or Operations Management — Preferred
