KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Set up the organization, the road map and the calendar necessary to structure these processes between each milestone and ensure that the IPA prerequisites have been realized (WBS, package ...).
• Produce the expected deliverables (in particular baseline schedule and cost) in agreement with the project manager for X2 milestone (CBS, change request process, detailed level schedule with interfaces between WBS domains, affairs, cost monitoring….). These deliverables are described into the IPA.
• For X2 and until the end of the project: organize and then set up the variance process (including the change request management process) with the required organization and calendar of meetings. (The variance process is described in the IPA).
• Capitalize internally in order to propose evolution of the tools and good practices of the Industrial Project Approach for the processes mentioned above.
• In collaboration with the project manager perform a self-assessment on the schedule, cost, change requests management processes and establish a progress action plan.
