Summary: The HR Workday Analyst with Spanish is responsible for providing technical support to internal users of Intouch (Workday), an HR management system, while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Fluency in Spanish (B2+) and professional English.

  • Technical customer support experience (preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving and technical assistance skills.

  • Team player with a customer-oriented, solution-focused approach.

  • Analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.

The HR Analyst will: 

  • Provide support to all Workday users through various channels (phone, chat, email.)

  • Find and propose solutions for different topics related to Workday (internal move of staff/team, creation of management supervisory) in collaboration with the managers and HR BP.

  • Collaborate with IS/IT colleagues to resolve anomalies related to the creation of Workday users (Michelin ID, email account, employee ID, etc.)

  • Collaborate with next level of support to identify solutions to anomalies and/or data management difficulties and analyze possible requests for mass loading of new data into Workday.

  • Offer support to the managers/ HR BP by implementing the creation of new reports or offers alternatives, depending on needs.

  • Participate proactively in future developments (testing new functions).

  • Generate, prepare, and analyze the monthly reports.

  • Participate in meetings related to implementations, new versions, workshops related to Workday.
