DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Su función consistirá en impulsar las ventas, ofreciendo los más altos niveles de servicio al cliente, un producto excelente y ayudar a gestionar las existencias, defendiendo la imagen de la empresa y creando una base de clientes fieles.
Las responsabilidades principales:
- Comunica y apoya las directrices de la compañía
- Ayuda a gestionar las ventas para maximizar los resultados
- Control del stock
- Ayuda a gestionar del producto
- Ejecuta las directrices del visual merchandising de la compañía
- Mantener un rendimiento en funcionamiento de la tienda
- Prever coherentemente las necesidades de la tienda
- Construir una base de datos fuerte de los clientes
PERFIL
- Experiencia en moda
- Fuerte liderazgo, y habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno de venta al público exigente y en constante evolución
- Tener una flexibilidad en el horario de trabajo debido a las exigencias de la posición
- Capacidad de trabajar independientemente sin la supervisión de un responsable
- Capacidad de trabajar como parte de un equipo
- Poseer la capacidad de definir los problemas, recoger datos, establecer los hechos y de llevar a cabo unas conclusiones válidas
- Grandes habilidades de servicio al cliente

What you'll do
