THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices and other required areas
Perform daily inspections, offer training and coaching, and hold team member update meetings
Prepare shift reports, manage property maintenance issues with facilities, and assist with other administrative functions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all business contacts
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft 365, (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time -management skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Over two years of relevant experience required
