THE JOB:
As a Sky Suites Representative, you’ll set the stage for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm welcome, exceptional service, and commitment to excellence. You’ll take ownership of each guest interaction—anticipating their needs, resolving issues with care, and creating personalized WOW moments that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of ARIA’s Forbes Five-Star Sky Suites experience.
Your passion for service, attention to detail, and ability to make every guest feel like a VIP will help define the gold standard of hospitality that MGM Resorts is known for.
THE STARTING RATE: $22/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with check-in, check-out, concierge requests, and personalized service needs.
Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, nightlife, and local attractions.
Promote and enroll guests in MGM Rewards to enhance loyalty and engagement.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and memorable experiences.
Maintain cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, billing inquiries, credit card authorizations, and casino comp processing.
Monitor suite occupancy, manage out-of-service rooms, and coordinate upgrades in alignment with availability and policy.
Provide business center support including faxing, copying, emailing, and facilitating shipping requests.
Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of prior relevant experience with VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness card required to start
