THE JOB

As a Corporate Security Services Officer, you’ll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at our corporate offices.  Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts.

This position requires specialized training, strong situational awareness, and physical readiness.  If you’re looking to make a real impact while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism, we invite you to explore this opportunity!

THE STARTING RATE:  $20.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues
  • Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras
  • Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
  • Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
  • Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
  • Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls
  • Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED
  • Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
  • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
