THE JOB:
As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. If you’re passionate about great customer service and creating a positive shopping experience, this is your opportunity to help guests feel welcome and valued. THE STARTING RATE: $13.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must have a High School diploma or GED
