THE JOB:
The Retail Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving sales and earning commission. You’ll help guests feel confident in their purchases while upholding our brand standards in a welcoming, high-energy environment. THE STARTING RATE: $13 plus 3% commission
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years old or older
