THE JOB:
As a Lead Spa Receptionist at Aria, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Bellagio experience. THE STARTING RATE: $16.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment
Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
Meet the demands of a fast‐paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi‐task
Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance
Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk for cleanliness and re‐organize as needed
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction
Identify and report defects throughout the Spa and Salon; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Prior relevant experience in guest service or spa experience is preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
