THE PROGRAM:
As a Hospitality Intern, you’ll embark on an amazing journey through various departments, immersing yourself in the heart of MGM Resorts International! Over a 10-week paid summer internship, you’ll learn best practices and operational strategies from industry leaders and hospitality experts, helping you build a solid foundation for your future career.
Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience and the opportunity to shadow seasoned professionals, ensuring that you gain invaluable insights and skills in the hospitality field!
PAY: $18.00 Hourly

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ready to Shine: Must be at least 21 years old and within 18 months of graduating with a degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.
Experience Counts: Prior work experience in or outside of the hospitality industry is a plus!
Career-Driven: Eager to jumpstart your hospitality career and make a real impact.
Commitment Matters: Able to commit to the full 10-week program.
Dynamic Team Player: An adaptable go-getter excited about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ready to take the initiative!
