THE JOB

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our leadership team, keeping our world running smoothly, confidently, and with a touch of fun.  We’re looking for someone who values confidentiality, professionalism, and the thrill of being at the heart of the action.

In this role, no two days look the same.  You’ll coordinate calendars, plan and schedule meetings, organize and maintain both paper and digital files, and help steer special projects from idea to completion.  You’ll gather key information through research, calls, email, and online resources, making sure the team always has what they need to make great decisions!

THE STARTING RATE:  $24.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide effective, comprehensive support to the department head, maintaining confidential files and honoring the integrity of all information
  • Manage and prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, calendars and other materials, including screening incoming calls, assisting or directing callers appropriately, and managing a heavy volume of emails with prioritization, archiving, and retrieval
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, from flights and hotel reservations to passport and visa applications, using independent judgment to resolve issues and relieve the Executive of extraneous matters
  • Reconcile expenses and submit reimbursable items for processing, ensuring accuracy and timely handling

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts
