THE JOB:
As the Environmental Services Assistant Manager at Bellagio, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the Environmental Services and Public Area Division, managing employees and ensuring smooth workflow. You will also handle daily administrative duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout the facility. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ Years of Prior relevant experience required
Bilingual, with English as the primary language preferred
