THE JOB:
As a bartender, you’re the energy behind the bar. You’ll craft exceptional drinks, connect with guests through warm hospitality, and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and memorably.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Prepare and Serving Drink : Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer request and standard recipes.
Customer Service : Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Handle payments, manager tabs and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards
Inventory Management : Monitor tock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
Previous bartending experience preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$16.03
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
