THE JOB:
As a Bartender Apprentice, you will assist the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar while delivering exceptional guest service. Your welcoming smile and attention to detail will set the stage for WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.96
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist the bartender with drink preparation, including mixes and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
Keep the bar stocked with alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, and garnishes.
Set up, label, and organize bar items such as glasses, paper products, and ice.
Clean and polish equipment, tools, and glassware; ensure all equipment is in working condition.
Perform opening and closing duties based on your shift assignment.
Provide excellent service to guests, identify their needs, and create memorable experiences.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints within your scope or escalate to management when necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years or older.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of prior relevant experience, preferably in a resort setting.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$17.96
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
