Lead strategic business development initiatives to grow market share across the APAC region
Secure and deliver permanent recruitment projects through effective leadership of recruitment and client relationship teams
Manage a cross-national team based locally and in the UK, ensuring alignment and collaboration across strategic projects
Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and strategic partners
Own the full pre-sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
Oversee project execution, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement across recruitment operations and delivery processes
Lead and develop a high-performing team, embedding capability frameworks and fostering career progression
Act as a senior escalation point for client relationships, supporting strategic engagement and retention
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to support business growth
Ensure structured handover of new business initiatives and enable internal teams for successful delivery
