Mission: 

Drive growth and profitability in the Department Stores and Specialty Retail channel by managing commercial negotiations, developing tailored strategies, and ensuring flawless seasonal execution during critical toy periods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual negotiations and commercial agreements with department stores and specialty retailers.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional calendars, and exclusive launches.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns, ensuring proper execution of displays, catalogs, and marketing activations.
  • Monitor account performance through sell-in and sell-out analysis, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure profitability by managing pricing, trade spend, and margin compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing to design impactful in-store activations and catalog presence.
  • Work with Demand Planning and Customer Service to secure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Support forecasting, ensuring accuracy for seasonal peaks and minimizing out-of-stocks.
  • Provide timely and accurate commercial reports and insights to channel leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG, toys or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record managing department store accounts and/or specialty retail.
  • Strong understanding of retail calendars, catalog programs, and seasonal commercial cycles.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus.
  • English: intermediate–advanced.

  • Negotiation and Influence: Skilled in managing annual agreements and seasonal programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sell-out data, forecast demand, and optimize assortment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of department store dynamics (catalogs, exclusive launches, etc).
  • Execution Excellence: Ensures accurate seasonal execution and visibility across stores.
  • Relationship Management: Builds long-term, collaborative partnerships with department store buyers and merchandising teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Designs mid- to long-term strategies while managing daily operational needs.
  • Creativity and Marketing Alignment: Ability to align with trade marketing for impactful activations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and relationship-building skills at multiple levels.

 

Salary:

 $65,592.00 - $ 77,475.00 /monthly
