Metsä Board, Europe’s leading producer of premium fresh-fibre based paperboards and innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist for temporary position (employment period of 12 months) to join our Customer Service Team in Metsä Board’s European Supply Chain Centre (SCC) in Gdańsk.

Your role in the future Metsä:

  • Provide customer service fulfilment tasks on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/ accounts
  • Place customers’ enquiries and orders in SAP system
  • Cooperate closely with Planning, Finance and Sales Teams solving with them issues that are hindering successful order placement
  • Support Customers with requests related to order changes or checking product availability
  • Make sure that invoices and all relevant shipping documents are issued correctly
  • Perform invoice correction requests
  • Maintain customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
  • Keep Customers updated about any disturbances on the last leg delivery, cooperate closely with Logistic Teams
  • Identify improvement areas within CS Fulfillment processes
