<p>As a <strong>System Administrator</strong>, you will be responsible for the configuration, secure operation, and reliability of systems that support enterprise security monitoring and operational services. Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain server infrastructure that supports enterprise security monitoring, SIEM, vulnerability management, and network monitoring platforms.</li> <li>Install, configure, harden, and patch operating systems supporting tools such as Splunk, ArcSight, SolarWinds, Tenable Nessus, and related security platforms.</li> <li>Monitor system health, performance, storage, and capacity for log ingestion pipelines and security data platforms, proactively addressing performance or availability issues.</li> <li>Support vulnerability management infrastructure.</li> <li>Troubleshoot system- and platform-level issues impacting security monitoring, logging, and incident detection, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.</li> <li>Collaborate with Systems Engineers and SOC teams to ensure availability, reliability, and performance of security and network monitoring environments.</li> <li>Implement and maintain system-level security controls, configurations, and hardening in accordance with compliance requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance.</li> <li>2-4 years of System Administrator experience</li> <li>Strong experience supporting Windows-based server environments in secure, mission-critical systems.</li> <li>Experience administering systems that support SIEM, log management, vulnerability management, or network monitoring tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with Splunk, ArcSight, SolarWinds, Tenable Nessus, Trellix, or similar enterprise security platforms.</li> <li>Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for system maintenance and monitoring.</li> <li>Experience operating systems in DoD environments, including documentation and audit readiness.</li> </ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $87,000 - $115,000&nbsp;</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
