Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government</li> <li>Perform daily operations &amp; maintenance (O&amp;M) and provisioning for mission-critical telecommunications environments</li> <li>Analyze IT architecture to support long-range planning and modernization efforts</li> <li>Create engineering roadmaps, technical designs, configurations, rack elevations, and bills of materials (BOMs)</li> <li>Ensure solutions comply with DoD standards and commercial best practices</li> <li>Participate in Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities</li> <li>Support mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance</li> <li>Communicate technical decisions and designs clearly to stakeholders and customers</li> <li>Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and delivery excellence</li> <li>Apply creativity and engineering judgment to design innovative solutions that meet mission and customer needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; relevant experience may be substituted for education.</li> <li>12+ years designing, analyzing, and maintaining IT, telecom, and data center infrastructure.</li> <li>Experience producing engineering drawings, rack elevations, BOMs, and roadmaps.</li> <li>Required certifications include BICSI RCDD, BICSI Fiber Optic Installer, and BICSI Copper Installer.</li> <li>Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 441 – Network Operations Specialist with certifications such as CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Network+, Security+, or SSCP</li> </ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: &nbsp;$170,000 - $230,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
