Sr. Platform Developer (5244)

<p>As Senior Platform Developer, you’ll provides subject matter expertise to the team and the customer for all things development with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide subject matter expertise, in regard to development, to the team and the customer</li> <li>Research, design, test, evaluate, and implement technologies related to Kubernetes, containerization and other infrastructures</li> <li>Work on the core platform to create and optimize all functions needed to establish a strong platform infrastructure</li> <li>Collaborates with the team and the customer daily</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8 years of experience as a software developer or engineer&nbsp;</li> <li>3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, K8, and CI/CD Automation</li> <li>Experience with .NET, Java, Python, and Go; as well as experience working in a DevSecOps environment</li> <li>Experience with Source Code repositories and CI/CD pipeline solutions such as Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub</li> <li>Experience with container orchestration tools (Rancher, OpenShift, etc.)</li> <li>A bachelor's degree</li> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance</li> <li>Ability to work in Washington, DC on client-site 2-3 days per week</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SALARY RANGE: $175,000 - $184,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
