Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and evolve the electrical state of telecommunications networks.</li> <li>Design and evaluate electrical power systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure.</li> <li>Support resilient, high-availability infrastructure operations in secure environments.</li> <li>Participate in Agile execution and technical planning discussions.</li> <li>Troubleshoot power system issues and operational faults.</li> <li>Communicate technical recommendations and engineering decisions clearly to stakeholders.</li> <li>Build and maintain customer trust through technical excellence and disciplined execution.</li> <li>Apply creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required;&nbsp;Relevant experience may be substituted for education.</li> <li>8+ years designing and evaluating complex electrical power systems supporting critical infrastructure.</li> <li>Deep expertise in power distribution, redundancy, grounding, and load analysis.</li> <li>Experience supporting telecommunications or data center environments.</li> <li>Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.</li> </ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $170,000 - $230,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
