Position Title: Head – Countryside Consumer Lending- Visayas
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the home and car financing businesses of Consumer Lending Group for Visayas Region from acquisition to booking and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervises the division in accommodating loan acquisition thru branch/unit referral, end-buyer, corporate, and developer tie-ups, etc. for countryside.
- Ensures the following:
- business is profitable and has achieved the agreed target;
- cost to operate is within budget;
- document deficiency rate is within cap;
- past due rate is within acceptable level;
- no major and/or recurring issue cited by internal and external auditor; and
- encumbrance and annotation of collateral documents within the TAT
- Liaises with internal and external clients to settle issues and concerns that may arise.
- Handles administrative matters pertaining to the division.
- Attends to corporate and developer-related events such as, but not limited to, client calls and site inspection for project accreditation.
- Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Division.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably with strong consumer lending experience or background
