Position Title: Digital Marketing Officer – CRM

 

Job Summary: 

The CRM Officer will help in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for one-to-one communications with the Bank’s customers to increase engagement and conversion at optimized cost. He or she will work closely with other Campaign Managers in the team, and our internal clients in Business Unit Strategic Marketing and Institutional Brand Marketing to ensure that direct-to-client marketing initiatives will help foster profitable long-term relationships with the Bank’s customers.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, tracking and documentation of 1-to-1 marketing campaign communications.
  • Assists in the development and management of the overall campaign calendar for Marketing CRM stakeholders.
  • Assists in the definition of client segmentation and strategy for one-to-one campaigns, for aforementioned stakeholders
  • Assist in the generation of target client lead lists for campaigns, and in the layout and testing of creative materials.
  • Supports the utilization of new functionalities, capabilities or technologies of the Bank’s marketing CRM platform and technical tools.
  • Help research and analyze market and technology trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information that will help the Bank in its direct-to-client communications.
  • Assist in the management and engagement of select agencies and vendors that provided added value or service to marketing CRM campaigns and activities.
  • Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with client segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.
