Position Title:  Customer Service Representative - Personal Loans

 

Job Summary:

  • The position is responsible for answering Inbound calls and performing Outbound calls for Personal Loan concerns. Jobholder is expected to perform telephone assistance efforts following the policies and procedures set within Metrobank.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs Inbound and Outbound calls for new and prospective clients
  • Ensures that established standards and performance metrics are consistently met, if not exceeded
  • Educates clients on correct procedures regarding company’s products and services
  • Handles and manages customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding products and services based on established guidelines and performance standards
  • Keeps informed of the introduction of new systems, policies and procedures, and new product features
  • Identifies and suggests improvements to Customer Service
  • Monitors and ensures completion of account requirements
  • Supports card usage through promotion of marketing programs/initiatives
  • Handles correspondences in relation to the cardholders’ accounts
  • Generates and submits performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensures administrative tasks are completed
  • Escalates issues to his Supervisor/Unit Head that may result to bank risk
  • Cross-sell other products/cards/services of Metrobank Card Corporation when necessary

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Target-driven and Customer-oriented
  • Candidates should be amenable to work on site 100% with shifting schedule including (graveyard, nightshift, morning, midday, weekends/ holidays)
