Position Title: Account Associate
Job Summary:
- You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
- Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
- Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
- Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
- Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure:
- Hone your decision making skills
- Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
- Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or Accounting field. Open for Fresh Graduates.
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
