The Industrial Athletic Trainer supports workplace health, safety, and injury prevention by providing ergonomic guidance, employee education, and wellness initiatives. This role assists in developing and implementing safety programs, conducting pre-construction reviews, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. The trainer also tracks and investigates incidents, supports workers' compensation management, and partners with project teams and leadership to reduce risks, improve work practices, and foster a strong safety culture.
