We're Hiring: Member Services Representative
METIS | Location: Roanoke, VA | Full-Time
Are you a licensed Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance professional looking for a change? Metis, a locally owned and operated company, provides risk management solutions to our members as an alternative to traditional insurance. If you are passionate about problem-solving and relationship-building, consider a position on our Member Services Team.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist members in determining their coverage needs
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Handle policies and process adjustments as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree preferred, or equivalent industry-related experience
- Virginia (non-resident) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent’s Licenses in good standing preferred, or willingness to obtain license within 90 days of employment
- Strong computer, interpersonal, and decision-making skills required.
