A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our brand new showroom “Design 10” as a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant. This full time position will be based at our Becks Mitre 10 Launceston location where you will provide exceptional service and solutions to a range of customers from Builders, Architects to end consumers looking to build or update their homes.
As the Senior Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them bring their vision to life while guiding them through our product offerings. With time and training, we are hopeful you have the potential to take on a people leadership position in the future.

What you will be doing
- Support the initial development and set up of new showroom
- Timely turnaround of product selections to quotation
- Develop strong relationships with the supplier and customer networks and provide timely support and service to customers in order to maximise the network potential and product offering
- Ensure Showroom Displays are in line with OH&S requirements
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing showroom to showcase our extensive product range
- Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities, including staff coordination, inventory oversight, and showroom performance
What you will bring
- Previous retail or showroom experience
- A background or interest in design or home improvement
- Leadership ambitions and a can-do attitude
- Able to develop rapport quickly and at all levels
- Ability to influence and drive positive outcomes
