Metalegal Advocates is inviting applications from freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and Advocates to join its Tax Litigation & Advisory practice. This role is designed for high-potential professionals seeking structured exposure to litigation, advisory work, and regulatory practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting senior associates and partners in Income Tax, GST, and Customs matters
• Supporting preparation of appeals, replies, submissions, reconciliations, and case files
• Conducting tax research, case law analysis, and statutory interpretation
• Handling documentation, filings, and coordination with authorities and tribunals
• Working on compliance reviews, advisory assignments, and client documentation
• Supporting internal knowledge management initiatives and tax updates

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Advocate (LL.B.), enrolled with the Bar Council of India or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Strong academic foundation in Direct Tax and GST
• Basic understanding of litigation workflow preferred
