Overview
This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest areas of the shop floor. Seeking 2nd shift/3rd shift help.

- Counting/Packaging Parts
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances
- Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in a an environment with metal and sharp objects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
- Work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task

Job Expectations
- Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Previous experience working within a powder coat department.
- Previous paint application experience
- Take any quality concern seriously and execute right away.
- Exposure to a Lean manufacturing environment.
- General understanding of Metric and Standard systems.
